The EnAct Aged and Disabled Program provides long-term care for those who are unable to care for themselves. The goal is to allow a person to stay in their home or return home instead of going to a nursing facility. This program will provide people with dignity, independence, and other support. Clients will be able to receive help from a Registered Nurse and/or Social Worker. The program will provide in-home care and personal services.
This means that the caregiver is not covered by any type of insurance, and the family will be responsible for paying the caregiver directly.
