In order to get free medical or dental services, you must first be determined to be eligible for care. If you are eligible for help, you and your family may be able to get the following services.

Patients can receive free medical care including primary care visits, health screenings and testing, chronic disease management, health promotion and education, medical therapy and management, specialty care, dermatology, endocrinology, physical therapy, gynecology, ophthalmology, podiatry, rheumatology, and urology. Patients can also receive free dental care including cleanings, exams, x-rays, extractions, fillings, periodontal treatment, and selective restorative care.
