CRC is a certificate that helps people in the region develop their careers and skills. The Salisbury Rowan Community Action Association provides assistance and referrals for those seeking employment, as well as information on local employers.

The SRCAA provides services to help people earn their GED. The resources that helps with this is known as the Continuation of Alternative Secondary School. This is a form of instruction that leads to getting a certification. This is for someone who wants to get their GED and further their education.

The Basic Soft Skills course continues with a focus on networking, communication skills, enthusiasm and attitude, teamwork, and problem solving. This is another important service we offer.
