The non-profit Deep Well Project154A Beach City RD Hilton Head Island, South Carolina 29926 (843) 785-2849 may offer information on more affordable homes with the current expensive housing market on Hilton Head. They can help with rent or moving costs so you don’t get evicted. Furniture and emergency lodging may also be given out.

The Beaufort Housing Authority provides Section 8 housing vouchers, public housing, and other rental programs for very low income families and senior citizens.

You must be referred by someone in order to receive help from Beaufort County Catholic Charities. No money for rent is provided.
