Catholic Charities is a faith-based organization that operates across several counties in the Piedmont region of South Carolina. The organization provides services such as food assistance, housing, and healthcare to those in need. The organization offers financial assistance in case of emergencies, dental care, food, and other aid. Even though there is not a lot of money available, most of it is being used to pay for rent or utility bills. Catholic Charities helps with assistance in the counties of Anderson, Abbeville, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, McCormick, and Union.

Emergency financial aid is in high demand, but there is only a limited amount of it. The ministry may be able to offer financial assistance with rent, medications, utility bills, or security deposits to families that qualify. We only have a limited amount of resources. This means that they will only provide financial aid once per year in order to help as much as possible. People who are most at risk are often given priority.

Credit counselors and specialists work with people to help them manage their money and keep their finances in order. The attendees can learn about how to manage their money based on their family income and what is important to them.

The Immigration and Refugee Services is a government organization that helps people who are new to the country. They provide things like housing and jobs assistance, and help people learn about the country and its customs. Catholic Charities will help clients by providing low-cost counseling and guidance, often with the help of attorneys. This is for immigrants who cannot afford a lawyer on their own and have a low income. The ESL program is often combined with the Citizenship program to help immigrants become citizens of the United States. The program teaches civics, basic history, and other skills.

ESL classes are for people who don’t speak English as their first language, in the Piedmont area of South Carolina. This organization will help immigrants improve their English skills so they can better assimilate into society. This means that your chances of getting a job are better.
