Southern California Edison provides financial assistance and programs for low-income customers. Some programs are funded by the federal or state government, and others are administered by the utility company itself. Discounts from Southern California Edison

Low income-qualified households with three or more members can get additional savings. If you have a family, you may be able to get a discount on your electric bill from the Family Electric Rate Assistance program. The Energy Assistance Fund helps people pay their utility bills with cash grants or direct financial assistance.
